Why does it say “invalid URL” when importing?
This happens when the import type does not match the source.
Make sure you select the correct option for where your leads come from. For example, Sales Navigator searches must be imported using the Sales Navigator option.
Also confirm the page contains visible results. Empty or partially loaded pages cannot be imported.
Why is my import stuck at 0 percent?
This usually indicates your session is not active.
Reconnect your account, refresh the page, and retry the import.
If the issue continues, share the URL with support so we can check the source directly.
Why are some leads marked as duplicate?
LeadSeeder automatically detects prospects that were already imported or contacted in previous campaigns.
This prevents repeated outreach and helps protect your account from unnecessary activity.
Why are fewer leads imported than expected?
This can happen if:
• The search results are limited or filtered
• Some profiles are not accessible
• Duplicates were removed automatically
Always review your search filters and make sure results are fully loaded before importing.
