Why are my messages delayed?

Message delivery is intentionally paced.

LeadSeeder distributes actions based on your limits, time windows, and platform safety rules to reduce the risk of restrictions.

Delays are expected behavior and help maintain long-term performance.

Why did my campaign pause or stop?

Campaigns pause automatically when:

  • Daily limits are reached

  • Your account needs reconnection

  • Activity requires cooldown

This is a protection mechanism, not an error.

What does “pending” mean?

Pending means the action is scheduled.

It will run automatically once it fits within your daily limits and activity window.

Why are follow-ups not sending?

Follow-ups stop when:

  • A reply is detected

  • The sequence conditions are no longer met

  • The delay timing has not been reached

This ensures you do not over message prospects.

Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?

Yes.

However, all campaigns share the same activity limits. Running multiple campaigns does not increase total sending volume.

Common campaign setup mistakes

Most performance issues come from setup, not the tool.

Common mistakes include:

• Starting with high daily limits too early
• Targeting a broad or unqualified audience
• Writing messages without a clear offer
• Adding too many steps or follow-ups
• Not allowing enough time between actions

Keep your campaigns simple, targeted, and consistent. Better inputs lead to better results.
